Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience in UX/UI or related fields.
- Ability to translate concepts from sketches to polished visuals.
- Familiarity with Lexington market and freelance cadence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark.
- Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for Business Partners Inc.
- Argue palette and typography with evidence akin to a user research review
- Borrow structure from film editing to fix an Adobe InDesign sequence
- Engineer a template system that supports the company rebrand
- Anchor a chaotic launch around one image that means something
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and component library
