Job summary

Sentry Management Corp in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee assigned associations, coordinate with boards, vendors, and the Home Office, and ensure exceptional service while meeting company goals.

The role requires strong communication, organization, licensing compliance, and proficiency with MS Office; you will manage meetings, finances, vendor contracts, and onboarding of associations, with focus on client satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Maintain licensing in some states.
• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
