Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal

About the Role

The Leveraging Liaison supports the ECC medical team to provide high-quality medical care and excellent client service. The Client Care Associate is the first and last point of contact for clients, facilitating appointments, communicating with referring veterinarians, and handling financial transactions. The position involves working as both a liaison and a client care associate on a weekly schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Promote patient flow to minimize wait times.
  • Communicate with referring doctors and hospitals.
  • Engage with pet owners regarding care and estimates.
  • Discharge patients as per doctor instructions.
  • Process payments and handle data entry.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years in veterinary hospital as a technician, liaison, or CSR.
  • Proficient in computer use and veterinary software.
  • Strong math skills for payments and deposits.
  • Excellent communication, professional attitude, and respectfulness.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of EZVet, SmartFlow, and Care Credit.
