Vigilant Protection Services is seeking an armed security guard (Level 3) to join our team in Texas. The role involves maintaining a visible presence, patrolling, and enforcing site rules to deter threats and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 guard card, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent judgment with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Protect life and property by maintaining a visible presence and conducting regular patrols.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
• Monitor access control points.
• Deter criminal activity through strong situational awareness and professional conduct.
• Enforce client-specific rules and regulations on site.
• Complete incident and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain weapon readiness and follow all firearm safety procedures and state laws.
• Monitor entrance/exit to ensure property does not exceed capacity.

Vigilant Protection Services is seeking highly alert, licensed (level 3) Armed Security Guards to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and the public. You will play a critical role in deterring threats, responding to incidents, and enforcing property rules.

This role requires professionalism, strong judgment under pressure, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect life and property by maintaining a visible presence and conducting regular patrols
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and effective manner
• Monitor access control points
• Deter criminal activity through strong situational awareness and professional conduct
• Enforce client-specific rules and regulations on site

• Reliable transportation and availability to work assigned shifts (including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed)

Schedule & Compensation

• There will be weekends with no shifts, weekly schedule provided.
• Friday and Sunday(when needed) 7pm-1am.
• Hourly pay rate $15-17/hr DOE.
