Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking a full-time Level II CR/RT Technician at our Corpus Christi, TX location. The role requires a Dual State Card and trainer status, with responsibilities including radiography inspections in Fab Shop, data generation, and mentoring RT assistants.

You will calibrate equipment, interpret results to applicable codes, and report findings, while complying with DISA background and drug/alcohol screening. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Dual State Card and trainer status required.
• Must pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screening.
• 1 year NDT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform piping/vessel inspections in a lay down yard using Radiography and report findings.
• Train RT assistant, run the film and grade the film per procedures.
• Set up and calibrate equipment and interpret results per codes/standards/specs.
• Mentor trainees and NDT level I personnel and provide guidance on the job.
• Organize and report the results of NDT tests and evaluate data for disposition.
