Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation operating company, seeks a Level 2 Radiographic Testing (RT) Digital Radiography Technician. The role covers nondestructive testing, image evaluation, and documentation to ensure materials meet acceptance criteria.

You will work with NAS410/SNT-TC-1A standards, ASTM E2698, and customer specifications, supporting Level 1 personnel and reporting nonconformances. Expect a 4x10 schedule and safety-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in engineering, materials science, or related technical field preferred.
• Meet documented Level 2 RT experience requirements, including a minimum of 800 hours of applicable RT experience.
• Digital radiography (DR) / Digital Detector Array (DDA) experience strongly preferred; qualified candidates may be considered with OJT.
• Familiarity with NAS410 and SNT-TC-1A qualification systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic inspections using DDAs per approved procedures.
• Set up and calibrate RT equipment to meet system qualification requirements.
• Evaluate radiographic images for indications of discontinuities and determine acceptance or rejection.
• Maintain documentation and traceability of digital image files.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 personnel and report nonconformances as needed.
