Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Level II in NDT methods (CR/DR RT, MT, PT, UT).
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination and safety compliance.
• Apply testing criteria and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs and other readouts; organize and report results.
• Perform specialized inspections and may supervise others.
