Job summary

Armada Inc. is seeking a Level II NDT Inspector (Ultrasonic) to join our shipyard and customer facility teams. Responsibilities include performing VT/PT/MT/UT inspections on surface ships and piping, calibrating equipment, and maintaining detailed inspection records.

You’ll work full time in a shipyard/civilian facility setting with travel as needed. Ideal candidates hold a Level II NDT certification in all methods, with OSHA 10 preferred; a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and clear

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Level II NDT certification in VT, PT, MT and UT required.
• ASNT Level II or equivalent highly desirable.
• OSHA 10 may be provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using VT, PT, MT and UT methods.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot inspection equipment as needed.
• Analyze and interpret inspection data to identify defects or anomalies.
• Record and maintain documentation of procedures and findings.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project team to plan inspections.
