MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified Level II Eddy Current Technician to perform set up, calibration, and interpretation of NDT inspections in the Houston, TX area. Local candidates willing to travel for projects and call-outs are encouraged to apply.

The role requires expertise with ET methods, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with potential supervision of Level I personnel and trainees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized NDT program meeting SNT-TC-1A requirements for UT/RT/MT/PT.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results.
• Direct trainees and Level I personnel when required.
• Apply codes, standards, and contractual documents.
