Acuren is recruiting NDT Level II DR/RT Technicians to support our operations in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
  2. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods.
  3. Establish techniques for proper examination of objects, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
  4. Apply testing criteria according to standards and evaluate results.
  5. Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators.
  6. Organize and report test results.
  7. Perform specialized inspections.
  8. May instruct and supervise others.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Certified Level II RT, RT DR certification.
  • Additional certifications (Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, CR) preferred.
  • Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
  • Ability to perform and interpret NDT inspections effectively.
  • Knowledge of NDT equipment.
  • Experience in report writing.
  • Willing to travel.
