Acuren is currently recruiting for a DR/CR RT Technician to support our operation in Borger, TX. The ideal candidate would be certified in DR and CR.

We are seeking local candidates based in Sunray, TX or surrounding areas. While applications from all qualified individuals are welcome, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
  2. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
  3. Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
  4. Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
  5. Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators
  6. Organize and report test results
  7. Perform specialized inspections
  8. May instruct and supervise others
  9. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Skills
