Location: Wayzata, Minnesota

Status: Full-Time

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

$37.00 – $40.00 per hour

Annualized: $76,960 – $83,200 based on full-time schedule

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers during restorative, surgical, and specialty procedures
  • Prepare and break down operatories before and after treatment
  • Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic records
  • Ensure strict infection control and sterilization standards are maintained
  • Provide chairside support to maintain efficient clinical flow
  • Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care instructions
  • Accurately document clinical notes and treatment information
  • Maintain organization of supplies, instruments, and clinical equipment
Qualifications
  • Current Dental Assistant II certification required
  • Prior clinical dental assisting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
