Job summary

National Inspection & Consultants/an Element Company in Northern Ohio is seeking a seasoned Level II Radiographic Testing Technician to support aerospace casting inspections under a 3–6 month contract. You will shoot radiographs, interpret results, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

The role requires Level II RT certification, experience with RT on aerospace castings, and the ability to read drawings and procedures.

Level II RT Technician - Aerospace Castings

Location: Northern Ohio

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 3-6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) Technician for a 3-6 month contract opportunity supporting aerospace manufacturing operations in Northern Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience shooting and interpreting radiographs of aerospace castings, with a strong understanding of radiographic inspection techniques, aerospace quality requirements, and applicable inspection standards.

Required Qualifications

• Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) in accordance with applicable employer/customer requirements.
• Proven experience performing RT on aerospace castings.
• Experience with radiographic shooting, exposure setup, image evaluation, and interpretation.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of aerospace casting defects and radiographic acceptance criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
• Ability to work independently in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to meet applicable customer and site-specific qualification requirements.
• ITAR Requirement : U.S. Citizens Only
