Required Knowledge & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: At least one year of related experience, with a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• Licenses and Certifications: Driver's License, Healthcare Provider CPR

Qualifications

• Experience in Public Safety (Law Enforcement, Corrections, Fire Service, EMS), Healthcare Security, Military, or Private Security
• Legal ability to drive in Georgia and insurable by TMC
• Subject to background check
• Effective communication skills with the public and patients
• Completion of required training within 90 days: IAHSS Basic, BLS CPR, SCIPP, CEW body camera use
• Performance and competency assessments annually
• Ability to work independently, exercise restraint under stress, and complete incident reports
• English literacy and problem-solving skills
• Must obtain a Weapons Carry License within 90 days
