Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly & Test Tech at Level 4 for weekend shifts in Tempe, AZ. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical systems on-site, supporting production and ensuring quality.

Reporting to the ISC Production Supervisor, you will read engineering drawings, use test equipment, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify defects and improve procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic or mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, soldering, and use of test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues during assembly and testing phases.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Conduct functional and performance tests on assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during assembly and testing processes.
• Document test results and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve assembly and test procedures.
