Job summary

Valor Force is seeking a Level 3 Security Officer (armed) for school campus security in Houston, TX. Candidates must hold a Level III license, have a valid driver’s license, and pass fitness and background checks.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, no recent felonies or certain misdemeanors, and the ability to carry service weapons and operate under demanding conditions, indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Level III license issued by TX DPS PSB.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• No felonies within the last ten years.
• No Class A misdemeanor within the last ten years.
• No Class B misdemeanors within the last two years.
• Must own duty gear/ firearm (service calibers).
• Must be able to pass a physical fitness assessment.
• Must be capable of passing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for SRO positions at school campuses.
• Maintain professional conduct and security on campus.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students and law enforcement.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with relevant authorities.
