Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patrols of the premises using CCTV surveillance systems and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Manage access control systems to authorize entry for authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors while maintaining detailed logs
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing established emergency response procedures, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy
• Perform background checks on new employees or vendors as part of the onboarding process to ensure compliance with security policies
• Utilize law enforcement techniques and conflict de-escalation skills to manage confrontations or disturbances effectively
• Operate security equipment such as Tasers, firearms (where legally permitted), CCTV cameras, and access control systems to maintain a secure environment

• Extensive surveillance experience utilizing CCTV systems and other electronic monitoring tools
