• Transfer corn between systems and locations.
• Utilize Clarinet system for production accuracy.
• Perform advanced safety chain entries and magnet checks.
• Understand and identify different corn types.
• Master bagger operations including setup, troubleshooting, and tote management.
• Assist with processing and monitor corn flow.
• Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) work and understand equipment functionality.
• Move trailers and assist with clean outs.
• Learn and apply corn specifications, lot creation, and hybrid differences.
• Develop scrap knowledge and apply time management strategies.
• Plan and respond to production needs 6-18 hours ahead.

Level Three Machine Operators have mastered forklift and bagger operations and take on advanced responsibilities in processing, equipment understanding, and production planning. This level typically occurs after 9-18 months and involves looking 6-18 hours ahead.
