Level 3 IR RN – Days/Evenings (Contract)

Location: New York 14642
Pay: $2,594 – $2,905/week
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Days/Evenings)
Shifts: Monday – Saturday with weekday/weekend on-call requirements
Requirements: Holidays as needed by unit

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray, Ultrasound)

Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, ensuring safety and quality care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Utilize critical thinking and strong communication skills to manage patient needs

Adhere to infection control protocols and wear hospital-issued scrubs in procedural areas

Support efficient workflow and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active New York RN License (Required)

BLS & ACLS Certifications (AHA only – Required)

Minimum 2 years RN experience

Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology (IR) experience

Telemetry experience required

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Med/Surg and telemetry background preferred
