Overview:

We’re hiring an experienced Level III DC Power Technician to join a growing team supporting nationwide technology infrastructure projects across telecom and critical facilities. This role involves advanced DC power installations, equipment integration, troubleshooting, and crew leadership. Ideal candidates bring a strong safety mindset, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Location: This project is based near Mansfield, OH. Candidates will be accepted from Ohio or the greater Pittsburgh, PA areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced DC power installations and removals, including cable routing, terminations, battery systems, and power plant equipment
  • Troubleshoot and maintain DC electrical systems including rectifiers, inverters, and PDUs
  • Lead field crews, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and implement changes as needed
  • Coordinate with construction managers to track tools, materials, project scope, and closeout documentation

Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years of DC power installation experience in telecom or critical infrastructure
  • Experience leading crews or serving as a foreman
  • OSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card required
  • AC Power, Vertiv, GE, or Alpha certification a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Exposure to noise and variable site environments
