Level 2 Inspectors - Operations / Quality Manager

Zion Energy Services is seeking qualified Level 2 Inspectors / Assistants to join our team in Midland, TX, and other locations in Texas and Oklahoma. We pride ourselves on our strong customer relationships and commitment to providing superior quality inspections of our clients' products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing quality inspections with attention to detail.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and personal presentation.
  • Working in physically demanding conditions, including weather and workload variations.
  • Being able to stand for 10-12 hours if necessary, with physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers, handling constructive criticism, and demonstrating a willingness to learn.
  • Exhibiting professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Having a background in NDT preferred but willing to train suitable candidates.
  • Maintaining positive morale and a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrating integrity and thoroughness in inspections.
  • Being a team player.
  • Having reliable transportation and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
  • Managing time effectively and being punctual, including on-call scheduling as required.

Assistants will receive training to become Certified Inspectors. Training will be logged to ensure readiness for certification. Your duties will include:

  • Job setup and departure, daily equipment readings.
  • Maintaining job site cleanliness and organization.
  • Assisting inspectors and learning connection types.
  • Logging inspection hours using various NDT methods.
  • Problem solving by taking notes and asking questions.
  • Maintaining personal presentation.
  • Performing any other duties as required.
