TalentBurst is seeking a CT Technologist for a 9-week, night-shift contract at 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include CT scans, patient prep, IV insertion as needed, and PACS transfer, with ARRT and AHA BLS credentials required.

Active NYS license must be in place before start. Experience in Level I trauma centers and EPIC EMR is highly valued; Philips and Siemens equipment familiarity is preferred. This position requires strong teamwork and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of radiology experience required and NYS license active before start.
• ARRT certification and AHA BLS required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
• Injection certification preferred and orientation will provide training.
• EPIC EMR experience is required or highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT scans and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures.
• Perform IV insertions as needed during imaging.
• Document procedures and ensure image transfer to PACS.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and team, upholding standards.

Night Shift 10 hours/day 4 days/week

Title: CT Technologist
Duration: 9 week
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Night Shift 4*10s 40hour/week

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 PM-8:00 AM EST

Call/Holiday: On-call, callback, and holidays per unit needs

Experience: 2 years required; Level I Trauma Center experience required

License: Active NYS license required before start

Certifications: ARRT certification and AHA BLS required

Education: Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program

Duties: CT scans, patient preparation/positioning, IV insertion as needed, patient safety, documentation, and image transfer to PACS
