Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting an MRI Technologist for a 17-week onsite contract in Rochester, NY. The role requires 2+ years of MRI experience, ARRT and BLS certifications, and a NYS Radiologic Technologist license (or willingness to obtain after starting).

Work is the night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with 40 hours per week; duties include patient prep, MRI procedures, IV injections, and ensuring safety and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years MRI experience.
• AHA BLS and ARRT certifications.
• GE MRI Scanner experience is mandatory.
• NYS Radiologic Technologist license; willing to obtain after start.

Responsibilities

• Patient preparation and care; perform MRI procedures.
• IV insertion and injections; documentation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; coordinate with physicians.
• Protect patient confidentiality.

Allied Health Professional // MRI Technologist $1,512 weekly stipends $58/hour $2,320 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 10/19/2026 17 weeks

Night Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week

Title: MRI Tech

Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Night Shift 5×8-hour shifts — 40 hrs/week

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Contract: 17 weeks

Experience: 2+ years MRI experience

Required Certifications:

AHA BLS only

ARRT certification

Required Experience:

GE MRI Scanner experience – MUST

License: NYS Radiologic Technologist License; must be willing to obtain after starting
