Janco, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site team member for our manufacturing packing area. Work hours are 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly wage. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will handle gowning and cleaning tasks, review build sheets, perform picking and inspection, and use handheld tools such as regrind, trimmer, Hudson clicker, and blank cutter. You’ll label, pack, and palletize orders for shipping.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English for safety instructions and orders.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand long periods and walk continuously.
• Must follow quality management objectives and procedures.
• Must wear PPE as required in manufacturing environment.

• - Must be fluent in English for communicating and reading safety instructions, procedures, and customer orders and parts.
• - Must be able to stand long periods of time and walk continuously through assigned areas.
• - Must be able to wear facial mask, and gowning equipment including booties, gowns/jackets, gloves, eye protection when applicable, hair net, and facial hair net if/when applicable.
• - Must be able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
• - Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.
