About the role

We’re hiring Level 1 Blade Repair Technicians ready to travel full-time and support inspection and repair of composite fiberglass/carbon wind blades. You’ll work at heights using specialized equipment like suspended scaffolding and crane trucks, performing both internal and external blade inspections and repairs. This is a high-growth opportunity for those seeking hands-on field experience with structured advancement pathways.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Category 1-2 wind blade repairs
• Execute internal and external inspections using suspended platforms or bronto lifts
• Mix and apply resins, fillers, and top coats per TDS guidelines
• Conduct scarfing, tapering, chamfering, and lamination per repair specifications
• Install LEP and other finishing components
• Follow safety procedures and utilize PPE for working at heights
• Maintain tools and repair equipment in field-ready condition

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in blade, composite, or structural repair (Preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all conditions
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time

Eligibility Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to comply with all RNWBL safety protocols
• Must be able to commit to full-time travel (6 weeks on, 1 week off)

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to work at heights of 300 ft+
• Ability to work in confined spaces and in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and access blade platforms
