Allen Industries Inc. is seeking a Lead Letter Fabricator in Toledo, OH to guide daily operations in the Letter Fabrication Department. You will oversee team workload, ensure on-time production, and fabricate channel letters and illuminated signage with precision.

Ideal candidates have welding and fabrication expertise, read blueprints, and lead a small team while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities within the Letter Fabrication Department
• Assign and coordinate work to meet production schedules
• Fabricate and assemble channel letters and illuminated signage
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications
• Perform welding, assembly, wiring, and LED installation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and support fabrication team members
• Promote and enforce safety standards throughout the department

This is more than a fabrication role. You'll combine hands-on craftsmanship with team leadership, quality control, and production coordination to help deliver outstanding products safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
