Job summary

Taubman Financial Management (TFM) is hiring Life & Annuity Insurance Sales Agents for a 100% remote, commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You’ll connect with clients, assess financial goals, present tailored life insurance and annuity solutions, and guide applicants through enrollment.

You’ll build long-term relationships while managing your own schedule and pipeline as you grow your business. All levels are welcome; licensing is supported—no license yet?

Qualifications

• Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Self-starters motivated by unlimited earning potential.
• A positive, resilient, growth-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with (or willingness to learn) virtual/phone-based sales.
