Job summary

Taubman Financial Management (TFM) is seeking driven life and annuity insurance sales professionals for a 100% remote, commission-based role. All levels welcome, including experienced agents and newcomers, with mentorship and a supportive team environment.

You'll operate as the CEO of your own business, building relationships, guiding clients through policy enrollment, and growing your skillset with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Self-starters motivated by unlimited earning potential.

• Comfort with virtual/phone-based sales.
• Life & health insurance license required — or willingness to obtain one with company guidance.
• Prior sales, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus but not required.
