Lynker is seeking a Program Systems Engineering Lead to support NOAA LEO programs from architecture through operations, with hybrid or on-site work in Greenbelt, MD. The role requires senior-level engineering, scientific and programmatic expertise and coordination across multiple groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (or equivalent) with 15–20 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of satellite systems engineering and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Assess societal/economic benefits of LEO data and prepare value reports.
• Support mission science data effectiveness and customer applications bridging research and operations.
• Review LEO system plans, requirements, and configuration management.
• Coordinate with NOAA/NASA and ensure consistency across PSE and science efforts.
• Provide PM support for development, verification, calibration, and maintenance of LEO algorithms and data products.
