General Function

The Store Manager leads the store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving key performance indicators by embodying the Brand Story and executing the customer experience flawlessly.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service from the team
• Provide training and coaching using company programs
• Analyze reports and implement actions to improve KPIs such as NPS, sales, customer count, and others
• Attract and hire engaged team members
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance patient experience and store performance
• Maintain store standards in operations, inventory, and visual presentation
• Implement and uphold safety programs to ensure a safe working environment

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and team management skills
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Basic math skills
• Sales skills
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable)
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
• Experience in customer service and retail
• Knowledge of store merchandise
• Business acumen including LC Dashboard knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $77,968.80 - $122,702.22. Compensation depends on various factors including location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered.
