General Function

The Store Manager leads the store operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and achieving performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and executing operational excellence.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Ensure exceptional customer service from the team.
  2. Provide training and coaching using company programs.
  3. Analyze reports and implement action plans to improve KPIs such as NPS, sales, customer count, and others.
  4. Hire and attract engaged team members.
  5. Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experience.
  6. Manage operational, inventory, and visual standards to ensure quality service.
  7. Implement and maintain safety programs for a safe working environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Sales skills.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Ability to manage time under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable).
  • LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
  • Experience in customer service and retail.
  • Knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Business acumen including familiarity with LC Dashboard.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $62,909.00 - $112,477.04. Compensation depends on various factors including experience, location, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered.
