Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions
• Lead in optical expertise
• Take measurements, adjust/fit eyewear, ensure standards and customer needs are met
• Assist with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, maintain product knowledge
• Explore root causes of issues, ensure customer satisfaction, be solution-driven
• Multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively
• Achieve results on KPIs and competencies
• Maintain store appearance and safety practices
• Be resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn and improve
• Adhere to policies including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of current merchandise and fashion trends
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use technology and POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service and retail experience
