Position Overview: Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Lenel Principal Project Manager/Sr. Principal Project Manager 3/4 to support our physical security team as an individual contributor. This position will be responsible for managing physical security projects across the sector, performing security assessments, and independently identifying countermeasures to mitigate risks. Responsibilities include completing project documents such as design drawings and statements of work for access control, intrusion detection, and video systems. The role involves overseeing operational aspects of physical security projects, serving as liaison between stakeholders and suppliers, reviewing project and budget status, managing schedules, and developing resolutions for project issues.
Note: This position can be filled at either a level 3 or level 4.
Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00. The actual offer depends on various factors including experience and skills.
Additional benefits include potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, holidays, and PTO.
