Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Financial Services lending end-to-end solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer visits and industry events.
• Experience with omni-channel lending workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation efforts and gather requirements, deliver training and optimize deployed solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer SMEs to identify opportunities for adoption.
• Conduct post-deployment evaluations and analyze results including compliance and KPIs.
• Define and refine product features with detailed business requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with UX teams to improve interface and usability.
• Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation and support QA with test scenarios.
• Develop marketing materials and deliver compelling product demonstrations for clients.
• Prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs with tailored content for proposals.
• Conduct customer studies to gather requirements and analyze cost-benefit scenarios.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and team development.
