Overview

You’ll work directly with Rick Sanchez — a mortgage professional with 15+ years of experience. Rick was consistently a top producer at major banks, ranked in the Top 250 NAHREP, and listed in the Top 1% of the Scotsman’s Guide. He’s been there, done that — and is now building something bigger than mortgage origination. This is your chance to learn directly from him while helping build the infrastructure for the future of real estate planning.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle warm, advisor-fed loan files (1–4 unit residential, 50/50 conventional & non-QM).
  • Collect borrower docs, interpret underwriting guidelines, review tax returns, and prep files for submission.
  • Guide clients and advisors through applications, disclosures, and funding with clear updates.
  • Problem-solve issues, communicate with third parties, and keep loans moving to close.
  • Contribute workflow feedback to help shape Leveridge’s proprietary AI-driven real estate strategist.
What We’re Looking For
