Job summary

LendingTree is seeking an Utah Lending Manager to join our legal department and support the business licensing function. This role focuses on maintaining the Utah license, completing required annual Continuing Education, and staying in close contact with the legal team.

Open to remote candidates with occasional travel to Charlotte; we offer a fintech environment, collaborative culture, and growth opportunities while ensuring compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicant has never had a loan originator license revoked.
• Must not have been convicted of a felony involving fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering, within the specified timeframes.

The Position

As LendingTree's Utah Lending Manager, you will be an addition to the legal department supporting the business licensing function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
• Complete the required annual Continuing Education.
• Maintain communication with the legal department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• The applicant has never had a loan originator license revoked in any governmental jurisdiction.
• Must not have been convicted of, or pled guilty or nolo contendere to, a felony in a domestic, foreign, or military court--
• During the 7-year period preceding the date of the application for licensing and registration; or
• At any time preceding such date of application, if such felony involved an act of fraud, dishonesty, or a breach of trust, or money laundering.
• Must demonstrate financial responsibility, character, and general fitness to determine that the loan originator will operate honestly, fairly, and efficiently within the purposes of this title.
• Holds an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Within the past 5 years, must have at least 3 years active full time licensed lending experience and a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages.
