Job summary

EECU is seeking an IT Business System Analyst (Lending/Finance) to enhance lending and finance processes and systems. The role liaises with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver improvements across Direct Lending, Indirect Lending, Accounting, and Business Services.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical, development, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on development for smaller projects and Scrum Master responsibilities for the IT Fusion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with technical background.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis for reporting and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business, financial, and operational requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system proposals and functional requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for technology investments.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Develop process models, diagrams, and system documentation.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the IT Fusion Team and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.
• Monitor releases and ensure compatibility between in-house and vendor solutions.
