Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Three years of management analysis, auditing, budgeting, accounting or related experience.
• FEMA’s NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 level training preferred/required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates development of the Department’s fiscal year operating budget and analyzes trends to support budgetary control.
• Develops forecasts and monitors budget performance for informed decision making.
• Maintains and administers departmental management systems and reporting.
• Provides staff training on fiscal operations and departmental systems.
