Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
• 5+ years conducting analytical and support activities related to law enforcement, investigations, information systems, or similar operational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and operational data.
• Ability to read and interpret management policies, regulations, and directives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting enterprise administrative systems.
• Ability to organize meetings, coordinate projects, and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures supporting documentation of law enforcement and protective security responses to events at federal facilities.
• Capture, validate, analyze, and formulate data-driven reports using LEIMS.
• Conduct reviews of regionally approved reports and identify deficiencies in policy compliance and reporting quality.
• Develop national trend analyses and quarterly reports based on law enforcement data.
• Coordinate data integrity reviews and prepare status reports and executive presentations.
