Job summary

ThinnkBotics in Prosper, TX is seeking a Robotics & Coding Instructor to teach in-person LEGO robotics classes (Spike Prime, EV3) and help refine our curriculum.

The role requires strong classroom management, comfort with young learners, and excellent communication with parents. Weekly schedule includes weekdays afternoons and weekend sessions; competitive hourly pay and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Background in robotics, STEM, education, computer science, or engineering.
• Experience teaching or mentoring students in robotics or coding.
• Comfortable working with young learners.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person robotics and coding classes using LEGO platforms.
• Assist in designing and evolving project-based curriculum for various skill levels.
• Manage classroom setup and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Track student progress and communicate with parents and ThinnkBotics staff.
• Support events, workshops, and student showcases as needed.
• Help build a culture of experimentation and excellence.
