Job summary

Bricks of Awesome is an after-school LEGO program inviting instructors who love encouraging creativity and celebrating wild ideas. You’ll guide groups of about 12 children, leading engaging LEGO builds and challenges for 45–60 minutes per session.

Classes run weekly for 8 weeks with openings in Beverly Hills, Culver City, and West LA. The schedule is flexible, with one to two hours daily, 3–4 days a week, and this is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching children in schools, camps, or coaching.
• Able to manage classes of about 12 kids for 45–60 minutes.
• Loves LEGO and creative play and can foster imaginative learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead small groups of kids through LEGO builds and creative challenges.
• Encourage imagination, teamwork, and big ideas.
• Turn LEGO time into the highlight of a child’s day.
• Create a positive, friendly, and energetic space where everyone feels welcome.
