The Institute for Justice invites a talented law student (2L/3L) to join the McGrath Legislative Fellowship, starting December 1, 2026 and ending April 30, 2027. You will work directly with IJ’s legislative team on policy advocacy nationwide, focusing on up to ten bills and shepherding legislation from introduction to enactment across multiple states.
