Overview

Staff Director and Senior Policy Analyst at Leonine Public Affairs. The Legislative Regulatory Analyst analyzes legislative policy proposals, government relations and legal regulatory compliance, and reports to Leonine clients on potential impacts. This entry‑level analyst position focuses on developing an advanced understanding of state government affairs, law, politics, and the legislative and regulatory processes in all 50 states, Congress, D.C. and Puerto Rico, as well as various clients’ public policy interest areas (e.g., education, health care, taxation, financial services).

Note: Full competence in the above essential functions generally requires two years of employment in this capacity.

This position will be primarily remote with travel to Vermont required 1–2 times per year. We are accepting applicants from Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts or Virginia.
