Job description

As a Legislative Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

• Serving as a legislative analyst analyzing legislation and regulations, recommending policies, providing technical assistance and consultation to organization.
• Participating in the development of HRSA legislation and legislative activities.
• Reviewing directives and other proposals such as drafts of pending legislation, regulations and guidelines and developing recommendations to resolve problems affecting existing policies of these programs.
• Representing the office in negotiations and discussions with organizations on matters related to legislative policies and procedures.
