Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older, have at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.
• Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack and forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market and meet delivery and quality standards.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and timely deliveries.
• Operate and maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment including a trailer when needed.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and readiness.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates or address concerns during delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries as required.
