Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will work at a local store with varied shifts, handling cash, stocking, merchandising, and safety duties, while helping customers with loading purchases and ensuring birds and poultry care as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and teammates to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and loading assistance as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with price changes, markdowns, and basic forklift/baler duties where allowed.
