Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming/ranching/pet care knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but reading/writing/counting skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and handle cash per procedures.
• Stocking, merchandising, and completing plan‑o‑gram procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of birds and poultry.
• Perform janitorial duties and complete required documentation.
