Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Florida is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and keep the store running smoothly while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will handle cash, assist with loading purchases, stock merchandise, assist with planograms, and help maintain safety and cleanliness. Prior retail or farming knowledge is helpful, but no experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reading, writing and counting ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Add value and appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery; complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
