Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to support customers and teammates, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience through attentive service, merchandising, and smooth store operations. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and participate in freight and plan-o-gram tasks.

No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is helpful. You must be able to work varied shifts, read and follow instructions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and vary hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise; participate in freight process; complete Plan-o-gram procedures; assemble merchandise; perform janitorial duties; execute price changes/markdowns; operate forklift and baler (if allowed); assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience; ensure safety and well-being of birds; complete documentation for duties.
