Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role involves cash handling, merchandising, stock recovery, and utility duties across a fast-paced retail environment.

No experience is required, but retail or farming knowledge is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is favored, with varying shift schedules across stores. Training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate the customer.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
